Model town for tourist in Buenos Aires

POOR but beautiful, noisy, crowded, concrete jungle like any other European city, however B.A: has a few interesting peculiarities:
It is a city where dogs have their own public parks and the dog walkers are almost always young boys who have, sometimes up to 10 dogs in their care.
Trees with beautiful pink and white flowers adorn the city and the English interpretation of the Spanish name given to the flowers is DRUKEN FAT BELLY !
It is a city where mothers who to this day keep a vigil in one of the main plaza for their children who disappeared in the 1976-83 DIRTY WAR.
It is a city, which almost went bankrupt in 2001 when the local banks closed their doors to their customers.
It is a city that gave birth to the famous names like:
EVITA PERON who is now an ICON here, General GALTIERI who decided to pick a fight with UK Iron Lady over the Falkland Islands and MARADONA , bad boy gone fat, football legend who had a hand of GOD in 1986 World Cup and will never be forgiven or forgotten by the English!The land also belongs to the TANGO culture, sexy, erotic dance performed on the street corners for the tourist $$$$ and it is still a land of GAUCHOS ( cowboys) and I am out tomorrow to see few gauchos perform their tricks out on their farm. 
That will be fun, I hope?
